Sharon Tucker currently the Branch Manager and Associate Broker of the Pearl River office. Sharon was a Broker / Owner of ERA Tucker Associates for almost 20 years and a real estate professional since 1995. In 2017 the entire team of ERA Tucker Associates merged with Rand Realty.  As of October 2020, Rand Realty is now Howard Hanna | Rand Realty.

She has earned many Realtor designations, including AHWD - At Home with Diversity, BPOR - Broker Price Opinion Realtor,  CRB - Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, Green, GRI -Graduate Realtor’s Institute, SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist, SFR - Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative.

Sharon uses her skills not only in her practice but as an instructor for HGAR (Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors), NYSAR (NY State Association of REALTORS) and REBAC (REALTORS and Accredited Buyer's Representatives).

An active member of the Board of Realtors, Rockland, Hudson Gateway and New York State Association of Realtors,  In January 2012, the Rockland County Board of Realtors merged with Westchester/ Putnam and Orange County to form the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Sharon was part of this team.

Sharon graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and practiced accounting in the private sector for 15 years. Sharon is married to Wayne Tucker, an Associate Broker at Howard Hanna | Rand Realty. They have two boys, Matt, and Alex with whom they are incredibly happy to share their lives.
